A Connection Rooted in Faith.
A Partnership Built Through Leadership.
In 2018, Carolina Marín and Alfred Amprofi connected through the YouVersion Bible app. They lived on different continents, but shared a faith and a desire to help others grow. Over the years, that connection developed into a partnership with a common purpose.
Carolina was facilitating mastermind groups based on John Maxwell’s leadership and personal growth books, including Developing the Leader Within You, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, and The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. She invited Alfred, a teacher in Ghana, to participate.
As Alfred learned and applied these principles, he developed a deep passion for leadership. He began sharing what he was learning with students through extracurricular activities, creating opportunities for teenagers to explore their potential, develop their character, and practice leading others.
That small beginning grew into Rewire Leadership Academy Ghana.
To support and expand this work, Carolina founded Rewire Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit organization in the United States. Alfred continues to lead the academy’s work in Ghana, helping turn a shared vision into opportunities for young people.
More than 300 students have already participated in the academy, and the initiative has touched many lives. Today, we continue building on that foundation—one student, one relationship, and one leadership lesson at a time.
